On January 13, 2012, Green Energy Management Services Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release containing a letter to the Company’s stockholders from Ronald P. Ulfers, Jr., the Company’s Chairman, President and CEO, providing an update on the Company’s progress since its new management team was put in place in April 2011. This press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
