Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.
Amerityre Corporation (the “Company”) regrets to report the passing of director Silas O. Kines. Mr. Kines joined the Amerityre board in September 2009 and was instrumental in the development of the forklift tire line. The Company would like to express sincere gratitude for the many contributions Mr. Kines made to Amerityre during his tenure as director. Our thoughts and prayers go out to Mrs. Carol Kines and the Kines family.
