On January 10, 2012, Thomas F. Wall informed the Board of Directors of Denmark Bancshares, Inc. ("DBI") that he intends to retire from the Board effective as of the Annual Meeting of Shareholders of DBI on April 24, 2012. Mr. Wall has served on DBI's Board of Directors since 1988 and as Chairman of the Board since 2010. Mr. Wall's retirement is not the result of any disagreement or other dispute with DBI or any matter relating to DBI's operations, policies or practices.
