On January 12, 2012, Astoria Financial Corporation (the “Corporation”) issued a press release stating that, on Wednesday, January 25, 2012 at approximately 4:45 p.m. (ET), the Corporation is expected to release its financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2011, and will host an earnings conference call on Thursday, January 26, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. (ET).
