AllianceBernstein Announces December 31, 2011 Assets Under Management
 
New York, NY, January 11, 2012 – AllianceBernstein L.P. and AllianceBernstein Holding L.P. (NYSE: AB) today announced that preliminary assets under management decreased to $406 billion from $411 billion during December 2011. The 1% decline was due to net outflows across the firm’s three distribution channels, with the largest share from Institutions, partially offset by market appreciation.
