On January 11, 2012, iGATE Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing, among other things, the extension of the expiration date for the previously announced exchange offer (the “Exchange Offer”) by the Company, for certain outstanding debt securities of the Company. The expiration date for the Exchange Offer has been extended to 5p.m., New York City time, on January 12, 2012, unless further extended.
For additional information concerning the foregoing, a copy of the press release dated January 11, 2012 is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
