Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On January 10, 2012, Delta Apparel, Inc. ("the Company") issued a press release announcing a revision to its fiscal year 2012 guidance as well as certain expected financial results for its fiscal year 2012 second quarter. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto, incorporated herein by reference and also made available through the Company's website at www.deltaapparelinc.com.
