The 2012 Annual Meeting of Shareholders (the “Annual Meeting”) of Planar Systems, Inc. (the “Company”) will be held on Thursday, March 8, 2012 at 2:00 p.m., local time, at 1195 N.W. Compton Drive, Beaverton, Oregon. December 30, 2011 has been fixed as the record date for the determination of shareholders entitled to notice of and to vote at the Annual Meeting.
