On January 4, 2012, Tyler Olbres resigned as a director of ProText Mobility, Inc. (the “Company”) and member of the Compensation and Finance Committees, for personal reasons. Mr. Olbres’ resignation was not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
