On January 3, 2012, Rollins, Inc., a premier North American consumer and commercial services company (NYSE Ticker Symbol — ROL), announced share repurchases for the fourth quarter of 2011 totaling 70,000 shares of its $1 par value common stock at a weighted average price of $19.72 per share.  Total share repurchases for 2011 totaled 1,458,282.
