Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On January 3, 2012, Cutera, Inc. issued a press release disclosing preliminary revenue for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2011. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.

On January 3, 2012, Cutera, Inc. issued a press release announcing the acquisition of certain assets related to a line of business from IRIDEX Corporation. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.2 and is incorporated herein by reference.
