On December 28, 2011, Lakeland Industries, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release which responded to a Schedule 13D filed with the SEC on December 23, 2011. The press release issued by the Company is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is furnished pursuant to this Item 7.01.
