2012 PG&E Corporation Short-Term Incentive Plan
 
 
On December 20, 2011, the Compensation Committee of the PG&E Corporation Board of Directors (“Committee”) approved the PG&E Corporation 2012 Short-Term Incentive Plan (“STIP”) under which officers and employees of PG&E Corporation and its subsidiary, Pacific Gas and Electric Company (“Utility”), may receive cash awards based on the extent to which specified performance targets are met in each of three areas: safety (both public and employee), customer satisfaction (which includes operational reliability), and corporate financial performance.  The resulting STIP scores for each of these measures will have the following weightings: safety (40%), customer satisfaction (30%), and corporate financial performance (30%).  The Committee will approve the specific performance targets for each of these STIP components in February 2012.
