On December 20, 2011, the Company's Board of Directors approved an annual dividend on common stock in the amount of $0.15 per share to be paid to shareholders of record as of December 31, 2011.  The dividend will be payable on January 13, 2012.  The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
