On December 16, 2011, Conversion Services International, Inc. (the “Company”) received a resignation letter, dated December 11, 2011 from Lori Cohen that effective immediately, she resigns from the board of directors. The circumstances and disagreement between Ms. Cohen and the Company is stated her resignation letter, which is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
