On December 20, 2011, CVS Caremark Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it has confirmed its earnings guidance for 2011 and provided 2012 guidance.  Attached to this current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 is a copy of the Company’s related press release dated December 20, 2011.
