On December 19, 2011, the company announced that its subsidiary, Kaman Industrial Technologies Corporation, has acquired the business of Catching FluidPower, Inc. Catching is a leading distributor of fluid power products based in Bolingbrook, Illinois. Please see the press release attached as Exhibit 99.1 dated December 19, 2011 regarding the transaction.
