Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On December 19, 2011, the Board of Directors of Indiana Community Bancorp (the “Company”) received the resignation of Harvard W. Nolting, Jr. as a director of the Company effective as of December 31, 2011. Mr. Nolting has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Company since 1990. Mr. Nolting, who is 72 years of age, is retiring because the Company’s bylaws require directors to retire as of the end of the year in which the director attains age 72.
