(d) Election of Directors.
This Current Report on Form 8-K/A is intended by the Federal Home Loan Bank of Pittsburgh ("Bank") to amend the Current Report on Form 8-K of November 23, 2011, in order to add information about the standing Committees of the Bank’s Board of Directors ("Board") on which: John K. Darr and William C. Marsh will serve in 2012.
On December 16, 2011, the Board:
1) re-elected Mr. Marlo as Chair and Mr. Darr as Vice Chair of the Board. Mr. Marlo and Mr. Darr, as Chair and Vice Chair of the Board serve as non-voting ex officio members of all Board Committees; and
2) approved Mr. Marsh to serve on the Finance & Risk Management and Affordable Housing & Products and Services Committees.
