(d) This Amendment to a Current Report on Form 8-K/A supplements the Current Report on Form 8-K filed with the SEC on September 15, 2011 regarding the election of Orlando Ayala to our board of directors. The purpose of this Amendment is to announce Mr. Ayala’s appointment to the Compensation Committee and new Technology Committee, effective December 14, 2011.
