Item 8.01 Other Events.

In November, the Dynamic Fuels Geismar Plant production was limited by the HDO Solvent Recycle Pump. The plant was down for the first six days of the month and ran at reduced rates for 14 days until the pump was reinstalled on November 20th. The plant produced 3.1 million gallons of renewable fuel products. This compares to production of 4.6, 1.9 and 3.4 million gallons of renewable products produced in August, September and October, respectively. The plant’s design rate is 75 million gallons per year.
