Other Events.

On December 15, 2011 IFLI Acquisition Corp., now known as SimplePons, Inc., filed a Current Report on Form 8-K disclosing, in part, that the market effectiveness of our corporate name change to SimplePons, Inc. and our new trading symbol of “QPON” would take effect at market open on December 22, 2011. We have subsequently received a corrected notice from FINRA advising that the market effectiveness of the name change and symbol change will be at market open on December 27, 2011.
