Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Conditions.
On December 15, 2011, Rentech Nitrogen Partners, L.P. issued a press release announcing its financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended September 30, 2011. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
