John A. Dul, Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary, left Anixter International Inc. (the “Company”) on Thursday, December 8, 2011 and is pursuing other opportunities. Until the Company completes a global search for a new General Counsel, the legal department staff will report to Ted A. Dosch, Executive Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer.
