On December 12, 2011, Pacific Continental Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing an increase in loan loss provisioning and other real estate expenses for the fourth quarter 2011. The press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference in its entirety.
