On December 8, 2011, National Health Investors, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its dividend for the fourth quarter for shareholders of record December 31, 2011. Also on December 8, 2011, National Health Investors, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing a special dividend of $.22 per share for shareholders of record December 31, 2011.
