Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure
On December 9, 2011, Energy Telecom, Inc. (the “Company”) entered into a consulting agreement with The Brussell Group, LLC (“Brussell”), pursuant to which Brussell agreed to provide business development and strategic initiative advice to the Company in exchange for 5,000 shares of the Company’s class A common stock per month. The agreement is on a month-to-month basis and a copy of the agreement is filed as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
On December 12, 2011, the Company issued a press release discussing the engagement of Brussell. A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.2 hereto.
