On December 8, 2011, the Board of Directors of CYS Investments, Inc. (NYSE: CYS) (the “Company”) declared a dividend of $0.50 per share of common stock for the fourth quarter of 2011. The dividend will be paid on December 28, 2011 to stockholders of record on December 19, 2011.
