Effective December 9, 2011, Kevin J. Sierks, Vice President-Controller of LVB Acquisition, Inc. (the “Parent”) and Biomet, Inc. (the “Company”), resigned from his position to accept another career opportunity. Daniel P. Florin, the Parent and the Company’s Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will assume the role of principal accounting officer on an interim basis until such time as a new principal accounting officer is appointed.
