Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On December 8, 2011 Highwater Ethanol, LLC (the “Company”) sent a letter to its members announcing the Company’s estimate of the members’ tax liability for the Company’s tax reporting year ending December 31, 2011. The Company’s estimate of tax liability is based on its preliminary financial results. A copy of this letter is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
