On December 7, 2011, SunGard Data Systems Inc. (the “Company”) and its subsidiary SunGard Higher Education Inc. issued a joint press release with Hellman & Friedman LLC and Datatel, Inc., a portfolio company of Hellman & Friedman. The press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
