Other Events

On December 7, 2011, NorthWest Indiana Bancorp (the "Bancorp") issued a press release announcing that the Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $.15 per share on the Bancorp's common stock payable on January 6, 2012 to shareholders of record on December 30, 2011. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein.
