On November 30, 2011, the Corporation received an imminent danger order issued by the Mine Safety and Health Administration (“MSHA”) under section 107(a) of the Federal Mine Safety and Health Act of 1977 at its Parkville quarry in Parkville, Missouri. The order stated that an air shaft, which serves as a secondary escape, has not been inspected at regular intervals and the steel liner of the shaft has corroded. The Corporation has completed corrective measures. On December 5, 2011, MSHA reviewed the corrective action and terminated the order.
