Alta Mesa Holdings, LP, a Texas limited partnership (the “Company”), intends to furnish to investors a presentation to be used in connection with investor meetings to be held in December 2011. A copy of such information is attached hereto as exhibit 99.1, the contents of which are furnished in its entirety. Additionally, the investor presentation is available in the “Investor Relations” section of the Company’s website, www.altamesa.net.
