Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
 

Effective November 30, 2011, Guy P. Norberg resigned from his position as a member of the board of directors of Zurvita Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”). There were no disagreements or dispute between Mr. Norberg and the Company which led to his resignation.  His resignation was effective immediately.
