On December 1, 2011, Royal Bancshares of Pennsylvania, Inc. (the “Company”) received written notice from The Nasdaq Stock Market (“NASDAQ”) confirming that the Company has regained compliance with NASDAQ Marketplace Listing Rule 5450(a)(1) relating to minimum bid price requirements for the Company’s Class A common stock.
