In connection with Amendment No. 1 to the Annual Report of Advanced Medical Isotope Corporation (the "Company") on Form 10-K/A for the year ended December 31, 2010 as filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on the date hereof (the "Report"), the undersigned, James C.
