Item 8.01. Other Events.
Under Armour, Inc. (the “Company”) is re-filing a previously filed exhibit to the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year-ended December 31, 2008 to include all exhibits, schedules and attachments. The exhibit is the Credit Agreement among PNC Bank, National Association, as Administrative Agent, SunTrust Bank, as Syndication Agent, Compass Bank, as Documentation Agent, and the Lenders that are party thereto and the Company dated January 28, 2009 and is attached hereto as Exhibit 10.1. This Credit Agreement was terminated on March 29, 2011 when the Company entered into a new credit facility.
