Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers
Effective November 22, 2011, Robert C. Shaffner resigned from the Board of Directors of RoomStore, Inc., for personal reasons. At the same time, Mr. Shaffner resigned from his position of Chairman of the Board of Directors. There were no disagreements between Mr. Shaffner and the company, or between Mr. Shaffner and any officers or directors of the company, which led to Mr. Shaffner’s decision to resign.
