Item 8.01. Other Events.

On November 15, 2011, TK Star Design, Inc’s(“Company”) Board of Directors approved the change of  Company’s legal name from “TK Star Design, Inc.” to “China Global Media, Inc.” Our shareholders that hold majority voting rights also approved and consented to such name change. The Company has filed a Related Action Notification Form with FINRA to seek FINRA’s approval of such name change and request a symbol change. Upon FINRA’s approval, Company’s legal name will be “China Global Media, Inc.” and our common stock will be traded under a new symbol.
