(b) On November 14, 2011, Brian Fitzpatrick tendered his resignation as a member of the Board of Directors, member and chairman of the Compensation Committee and member of the Audit Committee of deltathree, Inc. (the “Company”) to pursue other opportunities. The resignation was effective immediately. The Company has begun searching for a replacement for Mr. Fitzpatrick.
