On November 18, 2011, Alice A. Cobb, Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer of PNM Resources, Inc. (the “Company”), and a named executive officer, notified the Company of her intention to retire and resign her employment with the Company effective January 2, 2012, in order to take a position with another company.
