Chico’s Declares Cash Dividend of $0.05 Per Share
Fort Myers, FL – November 22, 2011 – Chico’s FAS, Inc. (NYSE: CHS) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.05 per share on its common stock. The dividend will be payable on December 19, 2011 to Chico’s FAS shareholders of record at the close of business on December 5, 2011.
