Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

Effective November 16, 2011, Amy Ronneberg, the Company’s Principal Accounting Officer, was appointed to a new position as the Company’s Vice President of Learner Services and Operations. In connection with this change, Steven Polacek, the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, assumed the role of Principal Accounting Officer.
