Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On November 21, 2011 Inuvo, Inc. issued a press release announcing the that company’s BargainMatch™ browser extension has been approved for listing in the Mozilla Add-ons directory. A copy of this press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
