Item 8.01 – Other Events
The Company announced that it had declared normal quarterly cash dividends of U.S. $0.10 per share on the Company’s common stock for the calendar year 2012, with record dates of March 1, 2012, June 1, 2012, September 4, 2012, and December 3, 2012, and payment dates of March 15, 2012, June 15, 2012, September 18, 2012, and December 17, 2012, respectively.
