Compensation Arrangements with Named Executive Officers
The first quarter fiscal 2012 cash bonuses, authorized by the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of Silicon Graphics International Corp. for the named executive officers, were paid on November 14, 2011 in the amounts as set forth in the table below in accordance with the previously approved 2012 Short Term Incentive Plan.
