Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On November15, 2011, Auxilio, Inc. issued a press release to report its third quarter 2011 financial results. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
As Auxilio, Inc. previously publicly announced, Auxilio, Inc. will hold an investor conference call at 1:30 p.m. PDT / 4:30 a.m. EDT on Tuesday, November 15, 2011 to discuss these results.
