(b) Effective November 14, 2011, Helmut Wieser, Executive Vice President and Group President, Global Rolled Products of Alcoa Inc. (“Alcoa”), was succeeded as Group President, Global Rolled Products by Kay Meggers. Mr. Wieser has announced that he will retire from Alcoa at the end of February 2012. A copy of Alcoa’s press release announcing the management changes is attached hereto as Exhibit 99 and is incorporated herein by reference. (The attached copy of the press release has been revised to reflect a change to Mr. Wieser’s retirement date to the end of February 2012.)
