Item 2.02  Results of Operation and Financial Condition

On November 10, 2011, the Registrant announced the Corporation’s financial results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2011, as filed on November 9, 2011 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and the relevant Canadian securities commissions in its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q, and a conference call with management scheduled for Monday, November 14, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. MST.

The press release attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto is incorporated by reference herein.
